I've included here several of my most poignant verses that I've penned over the years ranging from humanitarian and political issues to nature to love. A number of them are from my self-published 1991 anthology "To There And Back".

We Will Never Forget:
An Elegy in Rememberance of the Events of Sept. 11 -
    A late Summer Tuesday morning
Dawns like those that came before -
People arise to start their day
A last kiss then out the door...

Think of All God's Children:
In this world of high prosperity, there is so much we can do
To make this world a better place for those like me and you...

Who Cares About You:
If you're alone, or the streets are you're home,
You think no one cares much about you...

Change Is Coming:
This old world is turning, its changing ev'ry day
An animal here for millions of years is not here today...

Clemesphone:
Clemesphone was a wood nymph who lived near the whispering water
Her mother was the virgin soil, the river was her father...

Of The Nature Of Love:
Love, free and flowing - Love a tree that's growing...

I'll Be In Heaven:
You're a very fine girl, you're the queen of my world
You're my light in the night and the star that shines so bright...
